SHIPPING:
Wave Manufacturing Inc ships to all Canadian provinces and any location in the continental United States. Although we will ship our products using any specified carrier the majority of our shipments are handled by Con-way Freight LTL. Once you have selected your product, you are then taken to a shipping quote manager that will ask for your zip code and it will provide the available shipping methods with pricing. From there you can complete your order or continue shopping. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with complete tracking information. If you do not receive this email please email sales@wavexercise.com with your order number and we will issue you the tracking numbers. Wave Manufacturing does insure every package and it is up to the customer to report any damage immediately or the following morning to the carrier and then to Wave Manufacturing. Wave Manufacturing does not authorize signature for delivery unless specified to do so by the customer. Wave Manufacturing is not responsible for lost time or cost associated with any freight carrier losing or damaging a product. Results of canceling a shipment after it has been shipped will result in you being charged to and from the shipping address. If you wish to cancel your order please notify Wave Manufacturing by 2:00pm EST so we have time to comply with your request.
Con-Way Freight LTL
Wave Manufacturing will ship by Con-Way Freight LTL. Con-Way Freight LTL offers inside deliveries, customer notification on all residential or commercial deliveries. Most LTL orders ship within 48 hours and generally take 2-4 working days. Any shortages or damage must be noted at the time of pickup or delivery on the bill of lading. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 31 days of receiving the item(s). 15% restocking fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. Shipping costs associated to the return are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds may take up to 14 days.
In the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, Wave Manufacturing will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs.
In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number. In order to do so, please e-mail sales@wavexercise.com with the following information:
