Many customers are overwhelmed by the different types of vibration on the market. WAVE chose vertical vibration because it is the safest form of vibration as it mimics gravity and causes less stress on the joints.
ADDED FEATURES
Vibration exercise is still a relatively new technology, so we are aware that many people need extra information to be able to use WAVE correctly and effectively. We decided to make our Pro Elite as user-friendly as possible by adding a Virtual Personal Trainer that takes users through 45 pre-set programs of their choice. Simply select a program and start exercising!
WHY VERTICAL VIBRATION?

VERTICAL
With vertical vibration the platform moves solely up and down. This is the safest and most comfortable form of vibration because it mimics the direction of gravity, which our bodies are accustomed to. Also it does not cause stress on joints and the body with unnatural forces.

OSCILLATING
Often referred to as 'teeter-totter' because the machine tilts side to side. Lower priced units do not meet optimal freqeuncy standards of 25-30 Hertz, since it is more expensive to manufacture. The machines are designed for lower body exercises but limited with respect to the upper body.

ELLIPTICAL
Elliptical vibration moves in three-dimensional planes due to an engineering shortcut to create low quality products. Three dimensional movements should be minimized to prevent any unnecessary shearing forces on the joints. These are not recommended by top health and fitness professionals.
